Thank you for visiting my website dedicated to meeting the needs of my customers.  I am a Realtor with the area’s largest and most respected company Century 21 Sunbelt Realty.

SW Florida has been my home for nearly 20 years.  I am an avid fisherman, boater and beach lover with extensive knowledge of our local waters.  A day trip to one of our many near shore reefs, the back waters of Sanibel Island or Estero Bay will delight the angler.  If you prefer a day at the beach choices abound, the sugar white sand and shelling are the best in the world.

I proudly am a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Ft. Myers and the Beach Inc, Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  I am a National SFR Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist.  In today’s market, over 65 percent of all transactions involve distressed properties.  I can provide outstanding client counseling, education and service throughout the buying or selling process.

The current market dynamics offer historically low interest rates and discounted home prices which have come together to provide great buying opportunities.
