GOLD COAST
If deep water direct access is one of your requirements, The GOLD COAST area of the “Cape” is for you. This area of Cape Coral is well established. The neighborhoods include - Cornwallis, Palco Grande, Savona and Beach Parkway.
YACHT CLUB
The first homes in the “Cape” were built on direct gulf access and riverfront home sites in this area. Here you will find the Yacht Club Community Park with its popular fishing pier, a sandy beach, waterside restaurant, picnic shelters, lighted tennis courts, municipal boat launch and an 89 slip marina which will accommodate vessels up to 55 feet in length.

This exclusive area in the SW quadrant of Cape Coral consists if several individual communities. GULF ACCESS
There are several large gulf access waterways in Cape Coral including the San Carlos Canal and the Rubicon Canal. Access to these main waterways is via smaller canals. Homes along this network of canals have access to the Gulf however; passage under a bridge is required.
